The effect is over. The ninja MEME has run its coarse. I wish it would grow larger and take over the world. Enough of that. I am pretty excited to see x-men, I just hope its not shite. Lost was good, and so was time with the girl. Wish she would get back to me about tonight. My roomate is moving out at the end of June, so I need to figure something out. I can swing it by myself, and be poor, and not save for an auto. Or, I can get another roomate. I have someone in mind who seems keen on the idea, but I also wouldn't mind living by myself. Not sure if he is in a finacially well place. I need at least some form of interaction on a casual social level, without going out or having people over. A roomate tends to spur conversation, at least when my narcelepsy doesn't kick in and I pass out during bonding time. |

Had some tasty dinner last night with the girls' family, in celebration on their anniversary. I still don't understand how it is their anniversary, yet they buy me dinner? It has been like that before. Aladdin's offered some tasty fare, that was better than expected.Jlaux42 had the best looking plate aptly titled the veggie plate. I was hanging over that like some kind of scavenger vulture fish cat bird until he relinquished spanakopita delight to help satiate my hunger for non carnivorous delicacies. Good news on the work front. Our store was numero uno for Monday on a ranking file. It's the first time it has happened since I began working there. I am quite proud that it was largely do to my mad $k1LLzz. I feel dirty now. Tuesday is relaxation day. No plans, going to stay in and game and veg out and go to bed before 2. |

So... here goes my first LJ post. Castaways tonight, one of the last from what I gather. I remember when I used to dance and cavort. Now I am shiftless and sit in a corner until the spirits make my lips loose and my pants tight. Going out around 11ish. Mary will be coming over with her friend Megan? Heh, another one, eh? Perhaps they will come out and enjoy the festivities that is Rewind? Work has been work, easier than what most people do I assume, its one fo the easiest jobs I have ever had. I can say with no ego that I am damn good at it and quite knowledgable. The only drawback is the hours I am working. I am only working 40 a week, short days. But I have only had 2 days off in the past month and a half. Haven't had a vacation in 2 years. Last year I was working three jobs. I was able to get a vacation from one of them, but had to stay for the other two. Its not hard, I have no right to complain. Many people would kill their mothers for my job. Keep things in perspective Todd. But like any work atmospere, there is up and downs. I am just tired and burned out. Relief comes beech wood aged, my drinking night. See you tonight. |
